I want that include the Windows programs

I hope that include the Windows Programs (Internet Explorer 7 or 8 and Windows Media Player 11) packaged into the Portable Apps.

sorry - nope

They will most likela never be included because Microsofts license forbids repackaging and they are tied too much into the system.
