Try sending it to DriveSavers. If the BIOS can't see it, then neither can your computer, so therefore there is no software solution to your problem :(.

It doesn't sound like a good situation Eugene. My guess is no it can not be fixed. Hopefully you have a backup of your files and OS, if not and if they are important to you, digitxp's suggest is worth following up on.
