Creating launcher exe?

I am trying to set up PokerStars on my flash drive and it works fine, but the PortableApps launcher auto-adds links to all the EXE files like the updater and the uninstaller, 6 in all. When I tried changing the other EXE files to COM, PokerStars updates itself and recreates the EXE files.

I noticed that other apps like Firefox Portable have an small external exe in the root folder, which probably launches FirefoxPortable\App\Firefox\firefox.exe . How can I make one of these, so that I can put the PokerStars folder one directory deeper and just have that one EXE in the root folder so it only shows up once in the PortableApps launcher? I tried using Portabilizer 1.0 but it just says "Process Completed!" and doesn't do anything.
