USB Linux ISO download

Hey guys, does anyone know from where I can get an ISO of some bootable USB linux?

I have tried searching but all i got was goten into ftps!

Overall, though, you're better booting from a Live CD as far more PCs support that. With most, like Knoppix, you can store your user data on a USB drive.
