is there anyway that PortableApps.com can develop a portable cd/dvd cover maker application, where you can simply load your covers that you download from, e.g. Cdcovers.cc, inside the application, choose a template, e.g. DVD case, Jewel case, miniCD case, miniDVD case, CD label, etc, and print...

Mind you, such an app should also support plaintext for simple covers. That is, supplying a CD/DVD sized cover with plaintext (by filling fields).
Does anyone know anything like that?
The UndercoverXP program says "portable" but I don't think it totally meets the definition here.
