Well people I just thought that I would update you on all thats going on as regards to Libertà at the moment,
Sync 2.1 is 95% complete. This new revision will add a number of Firefox cache changing options and a couple of other small enhancements.
Backup 2.0 RC2 is 90% complete. This revision adds the option to append and existing archive, restore an archive and the ability to use the time and date in the file name. It also speeds up the backup process by almost 100%.
I would also like to announce two new programs that have only been under code-names before.
Libertà Secure is a file encryption utility that uses the Blowfish algorithm. It supports files and folders and is very quick and easy to use. It should be released in to next 4 - 5 weeks.
Libertà mkPort is a file/registry encapsulator. It is currently in the planning phases but I hope for an initial release by the end of July.
Finally Libertà AutoStart is also near completion. Im sure that René will tell you more about it soon.

Is there a difference between mkPort and things like Portable Application Template and/or Registry Rapper? Thanks.
In its first phase it will replicate their functionality with an easy to use GUI. In its second phase it will completely encapsulate a file, causing no registry entries to be written.
