Libertà Release: Backup 2.0 Release Candidate 2
I'll get right on that one.
EDIT: What compression level are you using for zip and 7z? Is it possible to change it? Could it be an option for quick backups to set to a lower compression, and larger backups to set to, say, "ultra" with 7z? This could be put on hold, but it's an idea.
Oh, and can we expect a logging feature in Backup 2, or is that on a back burner, so to speak, for a later version? If so, thats fine, as keeping it simple and adding only so many features per update would keep it more manageable.
I like the ideas, I'll wait for 2.1 though. Speaking of 2.1 the next Sync version should be out shortly.

Alright, good to know. Thanks for the quick reply.
Works fine! However too much unused space on the right.
Also, what about using a variable sorta thing in the filename? So we could put in say, BackupOfFiles-%TIME%/%DATE%
It's possible in PHP so it should be possible in C++.

I'll put it on the 2.1 list. I'll release 2.0 Final tomorrow, along with Sync 2.1 hopefully.

Here's some variables:
%DATE%
%TIME%
%ORIGFOLDER% - Name of the original folder
And maybe some command line input since it's not too hard to implement.

Sync should have an icon by me by release 2.1
If you read your emails, I have sent out a copy.
If you're lucky, I might send you the SVG.
