[Feature Request] Custom directory in backup

Hey,

I run PA from my external hard drive. I'd like to make a complete backup of my PA data with the backup tool, but that will also backup 500gb+ from the entire drive.

Would be nice if I could point to a custom folder and make a complete PA backup that way.
