The Skype Portable Launcher source code appears to be missing from the \Other\Source\ directory.
Where can I get this from?

If you take a look at the Skype Portable Homepage: https://portableapps.com/apps/internet/skype_portable
you'll see at the bottom that the source kind is listed as N/A
I believe Skype has released the launcher themselves, and as such, are not releasing the source code. Someone correct me if I'm wrong, though.
Cos the Skypeportable.exe is very stubbornly designed it always opens with turkish language instead of English. This makes my clients uncomfortable. Except for keyboards everything in the computer is set to english but skypeportable refuses to obey, although regual skype is cooperative i need to use portable edition
Language discrimination is worse than color discrimination.
It's not the launcher. It's Skype itself. It's looking in the regional settings not at what Windows is set to but what the Ansi language is. The launcher has no code dealing with languages.
