Portable Registry Cleaner

Does anyone know of a registry cleaner that i can run from my usb key or how to tell witch .dll are needed?

search also for www.resplendence.com (Registrar Lite) for me is working without make it portable, just using it for cleaning entries (even the ones regarding itself) then close the application and voila' the registry is clean ( at least for what I have ascertained so far).
