Script Execute doesn't work in french

Hello,

In the Toucan french version 2.2.0 Script Execute doesn't work :

Execute "C:\WINDOWS\notepad.exe c:\infos.txt"

But in english, yes

With 2.2.1 pre-release : doesn't work allways
It's the same problem :
In english : Ok
In french : no
