We're experiencing a delay in new open source releases due to issues at SourceForge.net. The ability for us to release new software has been down since Wednesday afternoon and appears it will be down until Monday morning when they are back in the office. In addition, SourceForge.net itself has been having intermittent outages nearly every day during this time.
Currently, Java Portable 6 Update 17 and Mozilla Thunderbird, Portable Edition 3 RC 1 (15 language packages + the main source package) are stuck in the release queue. Additional packages that are ready have not been uploaded and will not be until the issue is fixed.
Any update yet John??
As expected, it was fixed in the last couple hours as SourceForge's staff came back from the extended holiday weekend. I'm ensuring that all files and source are on the mirrors and then will be updating pages and posting announcements.

YAY! Can't wait for the releases, especially with FF3.6B4 and Pidgin 2.6.4 out now
I'm excited for the thunderbird 3RC1
