I downloaded the suite onto my computer hard drive and unzipped it, i then put my old Portable FireFox 1.0 Profile into the place for the firefox profile using the suite setup, everything works fine when it is on my hard drive, but i copied the files over to my usb drive and it only loads my shortcuts neither my extensions or my theme load. What should i do?

You can try to backup your extensions, plug-ins, and other such directories, delete all instances of Firefox on the USB drive, and try copying it again. PortableFirefox works fine with regular Firefox installed on my USB drive, but I would think that two copies of Portable Firefox would confuse Firefox.
