One thing is the naming conventions at Portableapps.com would have this be a development test rather than a beta. Looking at the site it appears the app itself is a beta therefore the name of the file should be:

Seeing as this has stalled

Seeing as this has stalled and been superseded by a newer project, shouldn't the test release table entry be changed to reflect the other project thread. Also maybe worth adding a note into the OP saying this development has stopped and give a link to the new work. Lastly, maybe lock this thread?
