Have you tried it on a normal Pidgin installation to see if you have the same problem?

I use yahoo, msn, gtalk and facebook and they work properly, just gadu-gadu doesn't work. Maybe I could download newer libgg.dll file but I don't know where...
Check on pidgin's bugtracker for bugs. If you can install the local version of Pidgin, you can try that, too. I'd guess it's an issue with the protocol, though (as in Gadu-Gadu changed something, but Pidgin hasn't updated to fix it).
Part of the issue could be because Gadu-Gadu is probably the least-used protocol in Pidgin, so it may not have been reported yet. As a Polish-only IM client, Gadu-Gadu is only used by about 7 million people worldwide in total. So I'd wager there are probably only a few thousand Pidgin users worldwide using the Gadu-Gadu protocol.
If you can be sure that it's a Pidgin bug (by installing Pidgin locally and ensuring that doesn't work as well... and by trying it on another computer on another network) I'd report the bug. I can't look at it for you as I don't speak Polish.
