Is there a way to make a .pdf file unsecured or change it so it can be spit using this program? I have a couple owner's manuals I want to get rid of the foreign languages from and the secured ones won't let me split them. Thanks!!!

I often need to take notes about what I am reading. It's infuriating to need a paragraph and to have it rendered as gibberish in my text editor. It would be nice to get copy and paste without needing to take screen captures and put them through optical character recognition, which is nearly as much work as typing.
Yes, there's a way to remove the password from PDFs (brute force password guessing), but that's beyond the scope of this website. GIYF - Google Is Your Friend.
