Pidgin: Skype?

I know this should probably be on the Gaim site, but we use skype for work purposes. (when there is no mobile coverage) and was wondering if there was any plans to put skype into the program?!

Yes,

it should be on the Gaim site since John doesn't modify Gaim.
However, a standalone version of Skype is available at https://portableapps.com/node/751
