I just noticed this morning that Foxit Reader has left the following file (and accompanying folder hierarchy):
%appdata%/Foxit Software/Foxit Reader/Phantom_JsGlobal.Data
[EDIT] As requested below: This behaviour occurred on Vista SP2, using Foxit Reader Portable 3.1.3.1030, and NOT while the program was running.
Note that after having deleted the folder, it has not reappeared no matter what I do with Foxit Reader.
Looks like it's one of those unreproducible bugs.
Need more info like operating system & version and Foxit Reader Portable version.
On Win7 using FoxitReaderPortable v3.1.4.1125 nothing is left behind because while the app is running, nothing actually gets created in any of the AppData folders.

Just checked on my XP Pro SP3 box, and there's nothing left behind.
First, is Foxit running when you check? Make sure it isn't.
Next, what OS do you have?
Finally, what version of Foxit do you have?

Additionally, you're using an old version of the program. Please update.

Man, I'll be happy once the updater is out. Trying to catch all the releases in the tracker is sometimes difficult.
Point is, don't report a 'bug' unless you're using the latest version. Said problem could have been fixed in the newer version you're not running.

That was my mistake, I didn't verify the version on the Applications page.
