You can already run it within the portable apps suite, although theres no simple wrapper to install it atm.
Just download the standard installer and select the option that is something like "Extract to a folder" and when it does copy the folder into "%PORTABLE APPS SUITE%\PortableApps\" folder.
You might want to take a look at FreeOTFE: http://www.FreeOTFE.org/ instead, which is better for portable use
It also has an "official" portableapps.com version, as well as one for FreeOTFE Explorer (something truecrypt doesn't have an equivalent for)
I second that. FreeOTFE is better (for Portable use at least), much more convenient, and the launcher does a better job then in TrueCrypt"Portable" (this one is in the development forum of PortableApps.com).
