FormatFactory Portable was formerly developed at PA.com however the dev haulted work on it when it became apparent the developer of Format Factory had began to include adsense registry keys and such in the program. Read this comment to see what the dev said. Personally I recommend you do not use Format Factory anymore.
Try XMedia Recode Portable. Has a cleaner interface and works at least as well.
