If labels are going to be added to titles they should include all possibilities not just one. Others that could be added would be:
[Dead]
[Old]
[Useful]
[Non-useful]
[Active]
[On hiatus]
[Incomplete]
Thus when someone is looking for a Useful GPL app rather than an Old GPL app they will be able to pull them right up and save a lot of time.
And there could be polls each day to determine the labels as to whether something is Dead or On hiatus, Useful or Non-useful and etc.
