Can i change portableapps menu, or is there away to organize it. For example all of openoffice/pdf programs in program group called >Office. Something like this:

There will be soon. It's part of the upcoming 2.0 release. For now, you can rearrange your favorite apps to the top of the list to help manage it if you have a lot of apps. It's not in the current 2.0 Beta 4 release, but will be in an upcoming one.
Sometimes, the impossible can become possible, if you're awesome!
