Perhaps you are unclear about what this site does.
Here at PortableApps.com, the developers take existing free, open source applications, and create launchers that allow them to run portably.
If you are looking for a particular application that you would use to program in Prolog, such as an editor or a compiler, then you need to find it, and then give a link to the website of that application.
