An account setup with IMAP does not have the "Disk Space" feature; it is however available when the account setup with "POP."

since it is supposed to have all the mails on the server and not on the disk. POP account needs to download all to the local disk before you can read it. IMAP just downloads it kind of temporary , just to show it to you, and then it is gone again. Something like watching websites with cache function off.
