the opera web browser is the worlds most secure web browser and soon to be the fastest with its 10.5 coming out soon along with its brand new java engine. this webbrowser may not seen like one of the worlds most popular browsers but from my experience with it and all my love for it i think this browser would make a great portable app. i curently use it as is on my flash drive but for some its not that easy. to install you need admin access. while a portable application can install regardless...
also opera has an awesome feature where you can tell it what to do with your voice! and it can read stuff to you too!
please some attempt to make it someone i know a thousand languages of code and a thousand years worth of computer knolege packed into a 15 year old. and yet portable apps a a project for me to create cause i suck at it lol....well thanks for reading adios
get your portable version here:
http://www.opera-usb.com/
put it in the PortableApps folder (in it's own Opera folder) and the menu will automatically see the exe file. works just fine.
I copy my settings from the profile folder and can have all my bookmarks, passwords, notes, dictionary's , etc.

This is the one I use:

Opera is fast and easy to use.
Firefox is still my default browser, but I like that I can open Opera and it doesn't cause a conflict with Firefox already open.
I have a number of concerns about it. They are briefly listed here: https://portableapps.com/node/22698#comment-143592
This is what I recommend instead: http://www.torproject.org/torbrowser/
Tor Browser Bundle is what I have with Firefox.
I have not tested it yet.
How is it different from the xB Browser?
xB Browser is for getting people to use the proprietary, and very expensive XeroBank anonymity service. To use it, you need to give the developer your complete trust. It is not obvious how it works, and the developer isn't about to tell anybody what's going on with his software or network.
