Just installed OOo 3.2 Portable Spanish and the characters remind me of trigonometry !
Has there been a mix-up between languages ?
When is this going to be fixed ?

You're right. I've pulled it offline and am uploading the proper build now. I'll post here and as a comment in the main release announcement as soon as it's ready.
