Readme for win32 version: http://pastebin.com/RL1uAuBv
It's Linux only, so not appropriate for us. If they do a Windows build, we'll definitely do it.
Sometimes, the impossible can become possible, if you're awesome!
It is for Linux and Windows, in the downloadable package theres a folder win32, which contains a file called "README.txt".
In this readme-file is an explanation how to create a windows installer.
[edit:] Here is a link to the contents of the Readme.txt http://pastebin.com/RL1uAuBv
Those are build instructions, not Windows installer instructions. In other words, it's source code only, that *should* create a Windows build that may or may not work. The fact that they don't build and distribute it themselves means it's completely unsupported at this stage.
That said, it'd be nice if someone here could give it a go and see what comes out.

Let me look at the source.

The source is here: http://sourceforge.net/projects/wired/files/
And the instructions you can find on the pastebin (link on topic above)
