File Menu Tools

http://www.lopesoft.com/en/fmtools/info.html

I've recently come across this brilliant app for adding file assoc's, customising send to menu, and many other things.

In my attempts to make it portable I tried to extract the contents of the setup file and run that but it wouldnt work. I also tried normal setup, which did work, then copy the contents to another drive and uninstall original setup. This worked at first but now it doesn't.

I'm no programmer but would like this made portable. If there's no chance of anyone doing that, could someone tell me how to start making .paf launchers, also could someone please advise if this is actually capable of being made portable, there aren't many files contained in the setup.

Thanks

Scott

Sounds like...

It sounds a lot like Expresso which is being worked on.

I'm not quite sure of the status of that app, but somebody else will be able to point you in the right direction.

Expresso... More than that...

File Menu Tools does appear to do what Expresso does, not tried Expresso yet, but it is far far more than a File Assoc app. Check the site out in my original post.

Thanks for your reply though I will have a look at Expresso just to see what it has to offer.
