is it possible to make NetLimiter portable? or is there portable analog of this program?

Hmm. I've never had a problem with burned Linux CDs (or any burned CDs for that matter), even if I burn them at 48x.

I think it was a scratch I found.

But, doesn't matter now.
Even if the CD did work then, I scratched it a few hundred times, so it doesn't work now :evil:
