How do you update a portable app?

I was wondering how to update an individual portable app, not the suite. Thanks guys!

In-Place Upgrade

Just install the new one over the old one. If you have it installed to the standard path (X:\PortableApps\AppNamePortable), the installer will automatically detect it and install to that location. Your data is preserved on upgrades.
