InfraRecorder: Revision 3 regression - Forgets settings

I just installed InfraRecorder Portable 0.50 Revision 3, and now InfraRecorder won't remember its settings. No matter how many times I maximize the window and adjust the preferences, when I close down IR and restart it, any customizations are lost. And yes, before you ask, this is a completely clean install of IRP.

Thankfully InfraRecorder doesn't have many options so it's not a huge issue, but it's still a regression and should be fixed. These revisions need more pre-release testing, methinks.

I agree. He does not apply the personal settings, but he has of the problems also the directly unloaded portable version from the infrarecorder.org site

Just tried again

Just deleted the InfraRecorderPortable folder completely and reinstalled--same issue. When I close InfraRecorder and run it again later, all my customizations are lost.

Oddly enough, my customized settings are visible in Settings.xml under Data\settings... but InfraRecorder seems to start with the defaults each time anyway. My guess is that some change in Revision 3 is causing the settings not to be moved correctly when InfraRecorder is started.

Also related: When logging is turned on, the logs stay in App\InfraRecorder\Logs, rather than being moved into Data like they should be.
