PortableApps.com AppCompactor
Or a Portable Apps Development Theme would be cool to

that maybe the updater/installer will maybe have bundles or template sets that you can select all-at-once?
Coz that would be waaaay cool
Probably more accurately, the installer will have two versions.
Or most likely, only item 2. Or item 1, run updater, select apps to download and install.
