making a lot of requests like what you are doing is highly frowned upon and not only that it takes time to put in a request like that as one would have to ask Norton permission, we can't go making things portable with the author's specific permission as if we made it portable without permission we would be asking for a lawsuit.

It's already portable (copy folder to usb drive) and it happens to be freeware. I suppose you'd still need permission to post on your site but all it needs is reformatting to a portableapps file format. I'm trying to do that, but it's gonna take a while as I'm inexperienced in these matters. If it can be arranged I'm sure you'd have many takers.
