I get this error when want to update the database.
also I try go to www.clamav.net
and the website seems down.
"Oops! Google Chrome could not find www.clamav.net"

This is possibly a temporary error; try it again now. It's also possible that your IP address has been blacklisted for some reason (it doesn't need to be your fault at all, it can be an overzealous mask killing a whole IP or range when someone else was bad).
