hello to everyone...
I recently installed pidgin portable 2.6.6 upgrading 2.6.4
since then, every chat I run with my friends doesn't create a log, and no older log (i.e. the one from the previous release) can be found.
Did I trickly set some strange preference? I had already check if the log is abilitated ... and it is....

Unfortunately I can't offer much in the way of help except to say try a "clean" install i.e. install a new copy of PidginPortable to a different folder and see if logging works then. Perhaps your configuration/settings got messed up somehow.
Logging works for me in 2.6.6 so it's definitely not a problem with Pidgin.
