The Tonido app looks interesting. Is it possible to make a portable edition?
Program:Tonido
License: Freeware
Description: Tonido allows you to access and share your content directly through a web browser without uploading or worrying about storage limits. Share files, music, photos and calendar, download torrents and even manage your finances straight from your desktop.
Website: http://www.tonido.com/
It's already portable straight from there website. It's in zip file format: http://www.tonido.com/application_download.html
WHAT?
That looks really cool, like HFS (HTTP File Server) Jacked-Up-On-Steroids edition. However, where's the license information? It looks like one of those applications where they give it away for free while they are developing it, then turn around and make it payware. It does look very slick though.
It looks good and appears to have its own portable application to download. As for a PA version:
Sort of makes it unlikely IMHO
“Be who you are and say what you feel because those who mind don't matter and those who matter don't mind.” Dr. Seuss
This seems to be similar language as to that written into most closed source software licenses so an online installer should enable the possibility of a PAF version without violating the terms of the license.

They actually have a version that you can download and unzip to a usb device their version of Portable Once you do that you connect to the net to create an account and that is in the TOS you need to agree to.
