How do I create portable software? I mean like the portableapps.com ones that go into app data and other. Will thinapp do this for me? Or do I need other software?

Moreover, it has been asked many times on this site, and answers to your questions can be found in many places on this forum.
Take some more time to look around the site. Explore the Development section from the menu at the top. Use the Search feature, and read as many forum posts as you can about creating portable apps, thinapp, etc.
You'll find much more than you expect that way! And once you've tried all the things you want to, you'll be able to come back with more directed questions that people will be glad to answer!
