Webcam on Portable Pidgin?

Hello.
I use the portable pidgin and I would like to know if it's possible to use a webcam in there? And also if it's possible to do audio chat's using the portable pidgin...

Yes, but only for XMPP/GMail.

Does Pidgin support microphones (voice)?

Yes, but only for XMPP/GMail/GTalk.

Ok....
I look at the link (http://developer.pidgin.im/wiki/Using%20Pidgin#VoiceandVideoMicrophonean...) and from what I understand I've got the following files:
- gst-plugins-farsight-0.12.6.tar.gz
- farsight2-0.0.8.tar.gz
....and what now?
Where to extract the content of those?
Where in my Portable Pigdin directory folder should I put that (G:\PortableApps\PidginPortable\)???
