Where to Put plugins

I can't find the folder where I would put installed plugins. Does anyone have the Windows Explorer URL?

Open Office Plugins?

I would suggest placing plugins in the open office folder in Basis/Programs/Plugins? Not sure what you mean by Windows Explorer URL?
