from MS itself does also something and works from stick too, sure this one *does* changes to registry...

I don't think regclean is supported or even recommended by Microsoft anymore. In fact, I think they encourage you to not use it.
Personally, I use GlaryUtilities' reg cleaning module, or failing that RegSeeker has a uumm... very aggressive reg cleaner and is also free and portable.
This is one of the items I have been wanting to do, I have been busy lately, but I will see if I can get it done.

Have you tried Glary's Utilities? Personally I love it! both in my desktop and portably
