Hello everybody I need help...
I've been using thunderbird portable for quite a long time and everything was fine.
version 2.0.0.24 (20100228)
But when I open my thunderbird portable from the portable harddisk today...I loss all the inbox emails before Today and some of the sent emails before today. I can still receive new coming emails and address book is fine.
What happen to my old emails? Is that something to do with the "disk space"... I never tidy up my inbox so maybe the window folder became too big. I just checked my profiles and I can still see all my accounts folder. Several accounts were linked to the "local mail box"... and the local folders just exceed 2.04GB.... is that refer to my email loss? My "inbox" file is just 897KB....
I can't find my loss email in trash...so does it mean I can never get them back?

The whole TB portable folder is 6.06GB now...

Step one: back it up.
Possibly the easiest way to work out what's where is to run WinDirStat Portable over the directory. It'll easily show you which files are taking up the space, then we can see what can be done next.

my pop.gmail.com's inbox is 2.1gb.
and some of my imported outlook mail is taking more than 1G....
The mail that I loss is the pop3 mail inbox...now is only 565MB or 562MB...
(I have 3 pop3 email, Dawson-myparter, info_mypartner and mika-myparter...)
I think the loss mail is gone!

That link doesn't work for me - probably a permissions issue.
The file/folder only being half a gigabyte rather than 2.1GB doesn't necessarily mean it's lost, as it is compressed it could quite plausibly shrink it down that much.
I can't remember what the next step is; it's been discussed on here a couple of times, try searching more. And the WinDirStat report would probably be helpful too. I think you'll find it's all still there, just the account has got messed up. Creating a new account with the same details may get it back. (But remember to back it all up first.)
