Abexo Registry cleaner is a good program, but I think you should create a restore point and back up your system before you use this program just in case as it's recommended. It works great because it picks left over errors from the registry cleaner CCleaner. Abexo picks up a lot that is left over. It's stable to and free. That is wh I think it should become portable.

I get a server not found error.
On top of being able to clean the registry, it cleans other things as well: Info
The official site seems to have it's own portable version, but how portable it actually is I'm not sure. Here's the link.
The beta .paf.exe version can be found here. I think the project has been dropped and has some bad bugs, but you can try it if you really want to.
I know what CCleaner is, and I did not like it very much at all.
