Site suggestion?

I know that this is a big request? Would it be possible to have at the bottom of each page a hyperlink to the top of that page? Would make it easier to navigate forums for instance I usually peruse the recent posts first, when a post has many replies I have to do a lot of scrolling to get back to the top to hit "recent posts" to view the next topic. Would be easy id I could hit top of page and then hit recent posts.

Hope this makes sense.

Hit Home

Just hit the Home key on your keyboard. Once you make a habit of it, then you have a back to top link on every webpage you visit.

Once I took out my atlas and found the directions to the home location it worked flawlessly.

Mouse Gestures

If reaching for the keyboard seems too much like hard work then you can also use mouse gestures to map a function to the Home key, as I have done in Firefox. I can jump from the top of a page to the bottom and back again with a few drags of the mouse.

.

Now this involves the config window a bit, but you can scroll instantly to a specific part of the page you are viewing.

-open a new tab, type about:config into the address bar
-Tell them you will be careful...
-In the filter type: middlemouse.scrollbarPosition
-Right click and select Toggle, this should change it to true
-Restart Firefox
-Now use the mouse wheel and click anywhere on the scroll bar with it to jump there
