I am attempting to make some tweaks of my own to the portable menu for personal tastes but I am having a problem. I get this error whenever I try and run or build or compile in Delphi 2010.

Now, the ONLY thing I have tinkered with so far in the source is one image on the about page just to test things out. So I am rather confused.

It looks like you're missing the eject program.
I don't think it's included in the Platform for some licensing issue. You can pull it out of the current platform.
I'm pretty sure that you have to compile the platform in some special 2003 paid version. I'm pretty sure John's doing the 2.0 release in 2010, so if you keep getting errors, wait a while until 2.0's source code is released.
