Pidgin-problems with msn offline messages

A person who use a portable aMSN can't receive my offline messages. On the other hand I can read offline messages from that user. Doesn't anybody of you know what is wrong?

Maybe it's not Pidgin

Is it possible the problem is with aMSN and not with Pidgin? I didn't think MSN actually supported offline messages until I tested it just now. I can certainly send them using Pidgin but I can't verify yet that the other person gets them.

One or both of the clients isn't supporting the MSN protocol correctly, or maybe the messages just got lost in the ether. :S

Needs more testing I guess, can't really say one way or the other at the moment.

I tested both

Because of that problem I downloaded the latest version of Pidgin and aMSN and nothing has changed. I can receive offline messages but when I send my msn offline messages then a person using aMSN won't get any offline message from me. Sending msn offline messages to a aMSN user has worked before... By the way, I ran both messengers on my PC sending offline messages to find out where is the problem. Biggrin
