I've taken a look at your app, I'm not so experienced in developing launchers but I think I can manage it. Have you tried with the built- in functionality for making grindstone portable?

I don't know what are the "house rules" for distributing this kind of things, and I haven't been capable of finding any hint on the forum: so I'll simply put the links here:

not so much rules as conventions.
There is absolutely nothing wrong with posting a link in the request thread, but conventionally when someone creates a portable version of something, such as you have, they will create a new topic in the Beta Testing forum. There is a sticky at the top of that forum that explains the format and layout to use - that way other people in the future can easily find the application if they want it, and also it lets the various testers know that it exists, so that hopefully it can be put through its paces
Oh, also, the initial version should be called a Development Test release.
