Music Image Video Files not working on front display

Music Image Video Files not working on front display

I downloaded the platform only, because I could use a different language, and added the applications that I needed, but on the main menu, only the Document Folder works as expected: the Music, Image and Video dont.

Any suggestions to fix that

What OS do you have?
Where did you install it to?
Does reinstalling the platform fix the problem?
