workaround

I got the same (false) positive, but only 2 of 41 virus scanner (online virustotal) got a hit. So it seems to be caused due to file compressing.

Workaround: You can make avire always ignore these files but i prefer the download of convertall from the original site (not portable) and exchange both files with the uncompressed ones.

alternate idea

You can do that, or you could download upx and decompress the files in the PortableApps package on the command line with the following command:

for /r %%e in (*.*) do upx.exe "%%e" -d
