Someone has added a "new" Mozilla Firefox 3.6.4, but when I install it, it is in fact Mozilla Firefox 3.6.3.
Did someone make a mistake?

It's 3.6.4 according to the installer, appinfo.ini, and the app itself. So it's just fine, as usual. So, the question is, what exactly did you do?

I just updated the (default) english version and Help\About says it's version 3.6.4

Not that it really matters to me, since I'm still on FF Portable 3.0.19, but I too wondered about the numbering when I checked earlier through Help > Check for Updates..., new version offered for download was 3.6.3. I've rechecked it now, and it is still offering 3.6.3, not 3.6.4.
EDIT: After posting the above, I've checked once more, and this time the offer has been for version 3.6.4, finally! Good thing, I took screenshots when checking earlier, otherwise, I could think I just started to imagine things.
