Name: Clipboard Manager
Website: http://sourceforge.net/projects/clipman/
License: GPL
Description: Clipman is an extension of the standard clipboard shipped with Windows. You can store all the items copied in a list, send them back at the clipboard or forward to the plugins. If you want, you can also edit the images in the list.
Notes: I saw this a couple days ago in Lifehacker and How-To-Geek. Both articles have positive reviews for the app. I know of two other managers currently in the forums, Ditto and ClipX which both look good. However Clipboard Manager does look nicer IMO
I wish it had an actual website rather than just a Sourceforge page. Does it support a separate list of permanent entries (so called "Stickies"?). I gather it supports the formats that the Windows clipboard supports? Pity there's no screenshots either, as I like judging books by their cover.
Read the Lifehacker and How-To-Geek articles for a better understanding of the application. Screenshots in the How-To-Geek article.

This "Project News" entry helps explain why the project's site is so bare:
